Only 20 days left till Christmas! Hows your week been so far?
Today I am going to be talking about White Christmases, not just Christmas Day but just as I season.
In Britain, it will snow, but it’s the slushy kind that you can’t make snowmen with. Some years will can get more though.
When I was a child I lived in America for a while and it snowed a lot there! (I lived in Kansas but we went on holiday to Colorado) There would be snow throughout the Christmas season, sometimes on Christmas Day! I have so many fond memories of the snow and going sledging, making snowmen and snow angels!
Does it snow where you live? What kind of snow is it?
I hope you have a nice day!
PS Sorry for the short posts, there will be much longer ones coming soon!
Today I am going to be talking about A subject that I like to think about. Which do you prefer: Christmas Day or the run up to Christmas?
Run up to Christmas
For me the run up to Christmas Starts about midway through December maybe the 10th. Yes I get excited and start opening my advent calendar at the beginning at the month, but when I get really Christmassy is slightly later on in the month. I love Christmas shopping and Christmas baking and buying the Christmas tree etc. I truly is a magical time and one of my favourite times of the year.
Christmas Day and Christmas Eve
I love Christmas Day and Eve, I have so many fun traditions with my family and it is just the best couple days of the year! Thats all I have to say! Its just such a wonder fun time!
So I think that Christmas Day and Christmas Eve win this for me! Which one do you prefer!?
This morning for Breakfast I made myself some pancakes. My favourite pancakes are Jamie Oliver’s American style pancakes from Tanya Bakes cook book.
So I made the batter and cooked it. I did just plain circles but I also did Shapes such as snowmen and stars with cookie cutters. Side note: I added ground cloves, cinnamon and ginger to the batter.
I drizzled it with maple syrup and ate! I really enjoyed this! What is your favourite breakfast to have as a treat on the weekends?
Also how is your December going? Which advent calendars do you have?
Have a great day!
Hi! How’s your December gone so far??
Today I thought I would talk about some of the things I loved through November.
The first thing is a game called rider. It is so fun and really addictive! It is such a great thing to play when you’re really bored. Se if you can beat my high score if 70!
The next thing I have been loving is the white amber perfume form Next. I really love how this smells and its also quite cheap! I really think its a great scent for the winter months.
The other scent I love it the Snowella rollerball. I love the rollers balls, it’s so handy and lasts for a really long time. I also really think that the scent is really subtle and pretty.
I also really love the body shop spiced apples hand cream. This smells AMAZING and keeps your hands moisturised. I bought this last year.
Another hadn’t cream I love is the Zoella hungry hands from her Christmas range last year. It smells so good! Just like Christmas!
So it’s the 1st of December and the beginning of advent. Advent is one of my favourite times of the year, so I thought I will do Blogmas.
Blogmas is basically a blog post everyday throughout Advent. They are usually Christmas related.
I tried to do Blogmas last year but didn’t quite manage it near the end! I hope this year will be more successful!
So that’s the end of the little introduction.
I hope you all have a great December!
Where has November gone?? It’s almost December and I still feel as if it’s October! I love it in the UK as the weather is getting colder, and I’m really hoping for snow this year!
As we near Advent, people are buying advent calendars, and I am definitely going to get a chocolate one an possibly a beauty one, depending on this post!
I really want to get a nice (24 day) beauty advent calendar, but this is proving rather difficult because some of them are £100!!! I only really want to spend £20. Does anyone have any great ones?? They don’t have to beauty, they could be lifestyle or bath goodies as well. If you know any really good ones from £25 or under, please comment them below!!
Also which Chocolate ones do you think are the best??
Sorry for the random post!! I am going to do Blogmas during December, so I will tell you more about it then!!
Hello! I haven’t done a Lush review in a while so I thought I would do one today. The other day I popped into Lush to look at all the new Halloween and Christmas Range, I didn’t pick much up except for the Thunderstorm bath bomb which smells amazing! I think it was £3.50, But I’m not sure.
It was a lovely blue and green colour and fizzed really nicely in the bath.
I don’t know about other people but Watching a bath bomb fizz away is one of the most satisfying things.
When it had all fizzed away, my bath was a gorgeous blue colour with white swirls.
This is one of my favourite bath bombs from Lush, I would highly recommend.
PS Would you like me to do Blogmas this year?
